UPDATE PASAL CURCUMIN 21 Nov 2019

Update pasal Curcumin 21 Nov 2019..

We recently added 37 studies to the Human Effect Matrix for curcumin. For this update, we focused on common health concerns such as depression, inflammation, osteoarthritis, blood lipids, blood pressure, and metabolic health.


It comes as no surprise that curcumin, with its potent anti-inflammatory effects, may improve depression and osteoarthritic pain. The benefits seem real, though they may be exaggerated (due to a potential for bias in many of the studies).


Regarding lipids and metabolic health, it appears that curcumin may cause a small reduction in blood sugar and LDL-C when they’re particularly elevated, though the effect on HbA1c (a biomarker of glucose metabolism) doesn’t seem very notable.


Unfortunately, there’s still very little research on cognitive outcomes in neurodegenerative diseases (though it should be noted that our page isn’t yet comprehensive in that respect). But stay tuned; curcumin is one of the most exciting supplements around, and the research, which has exploded in recent years, is becoming more and more interesting

Kami baru-baru ini menambah 37 kajian ke Matriks Kesan Manusia untuk kurkumin.  Untuk kemas kini ini, kami memberi tumpuan kepada masalah kesihatan yang sama seperti kemurungan, keradangan, osteoartritis, lipid darah, tekanan darah, dan kesihatan metabolik.

 Tidak hairanlah bahawa curcumin, dengan kesan anti-radang yang kuat, boleh meningkatkan kemurungan dan sakit osteoarthritic.  Manfaatnya kelihatan nyata, walaupun mereka mungkin dibesar-besarkan (kerana potensi kecenderungan dalam banyak kajian).

 Mengenai lipid dan kesihatan metabolik, ternyata bahawa curcumin boleh menyebabkan pengurangan gula dalam darah dan LDL-C ketika mereka ditinggikan, walaupun kesannya terhadap HbA1c (biomarker metabolisme glukosa) tidak kelihatan sangat ketara.

 Malangnya, masih terdapat kajian yang sangat sedikit mengenai hasil kognitif dalam penyakit neurodegenerative (walaupun perlu diperhatikan bahawa halaman kita masih belum lengkap).  Tetapi tunggu saja;  curcumin adalah salah satu makanan tambahan yang paling menarik di sekelilingnya, dan penyelidikan, yang telah meletup pada tahun-tahun kebelakangan, menjadi semakin menarik.
